Saints 24, Ravens 17
My Take: The Ravens didn't just fail to cover the 8.5 point spread, they fucking lost outright. This was more brutal for survivor players than spread bettors.
Tyler Shough had a strong game - completing 79.4% of his passes (90.3% adjusted completion rate). He kept the ball out of harms way and fed Chris Olave, who finished with 10 targets, 8 catches, and 86 yards. Even though Trey Hendrickson finished with 6 pressures, Shough was under pressure on just 12 of his 39 dropbacks, a major win for the Saints offensive line.
✅ NYJ +3.5 — WIN
Packers 20, Jets 17 (OT)
My Take: Our single victory this week was betting the Jets, who almost won outright, but ended up losing in OT. The hook is a dream for OT, as we were very likely to cover unless the Packers scored a touchdown. They probably could have, but only needed a field goal to win as the Jets possessed the ball first in OT.

Browns 23, Buccaneers 19
My Take: We took two 8.5 point favorites this week. They both lost out-right. The Bucs defense allowed Deshaun Watson to complete 80% of his passes and gain 7.9 yards per attempt. Tampa blitzed 48.6% of snaps but only generated pressure 31.4% of the time. Rookie Denzel Boston had 5 catches for 95 yards and a touchdown. On defense, LB Alex Anzalone allowed 4 catches in coverage, missed two tackles, and generated zero pressure. Vita Vea had zero pressures. Rueben Bain Jr. had just 2 pressures and won only 6.7% of his pass-rush snaps. Brutal all around.
